Customer Service BB Collections:

Focus: Business to business collections

Training Hours: 7:00am-3:30pm, Monday through Friday

Training duration: 6 weeks to 8 weeks

Hours after training period: Negotiable

Pay Rate: $15.50

Job Details: The Customer Accounting Representative will be responsible for performing various accounting and accounts receivable activities for the Regional Center, and will be responsible for working with up to 500 accounts. Responsible for doing business to business collections calls.

Key Tasks:

  • Recording and entering payments
  • Track overdue accounts
  • Purchase and or process dealer open account charge backs
  • Record and process extended credit purchasing and charge backs
  • Process weekly reports and post dealer payments
  • Reconcile accounts receivable controls
  • Prepare disbursements reports
  • Prepare accounts payable
  • Monitor sales rep reporting to ensure compliance
  • Monitor R/A growth program
  • Prepare and submit all field commission reports and payroll time sheets
  • Resolve customer billing issues
  • maintain sales statistics
  • B2B Collections

Requirements:

  • Able to pick up quickly on new technology
  • Excellent PC skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office, and Triton software
  • Good understanding of total process of order entry, distribution, financial & inventory linkages.
  • Must be proficient in verbal & written communication
  • Good listening skills
  • Self-starter who is able to stay focused and motivated
  • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
