Volt Workforce Solutions has partnered with a leading company in Costa Mesa to help identify an Account Support Rep (Call Center Rep) for immediate hire. Our client offers a worker’s compensation national managed care program that offers solutions for insurance carriers, third-party administrators and employers. As an Account Support Rep at this company you will interact with patients, customers, vendors, sales, and/or service representatives, to handle a variety of high volume inbound and outbound service functions. You will receive customer, internal partner, and outside vendor, requests and works independently and/or with department team members to service these requests. You will engages in product/service research, education, and analysis, of inbound and outbound requests; prepares and/or retrieves documentation related to the patient, customer account, product, and/or service, inquiries, or issues; ensures that account information is up-to-date, accurate, and all forms/documentation and managed and filed properly; maintains records of all communications; including contact, follow up, billing, payment, and product/service related documentation; and daily interaction with patients, customers, vendors, medical personnel, and pharmacies.

This position is temp to hire. Hours can range anytime from M-F from 5am – 6pm.  Overtime may be required 1 – 2 times per month on Saturdays.  Pay rate is $15/hr.

The preferred candidate will have some durable medical equipment experience and/or healthcare experience.  Must have 1-2 years call center experience. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
