Volt Workforce Solutions has partnered will a full service real estate investment, development and management firm based in West Los Angeles. In-house disciplines include property management, construction, leasing, accounting, legal and financial analysis. This is a significant role in an entrepreneurial company with great potential for growth.

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support the two key owners of the
company. Incredible organization, communication skills, and detail oriented attitude will be the main assets for this position. Success in this role is about planning ahead, foreseeing the unknown and sensing the unpredictable - 100% focus and 2000% organized!

Position Description/Responsibilities:


• Organize all office files (physical and digital) with abstracts summarizing file
• Set meetings or conference calls and prepare supporting documents
• Provide concise agenda and summary of important meetings or calls
• Compile information for Monthly Property Reports, provide condensed highlights of important
issues and ensure follow-thru on outstanding items
• Coordinate all travel for the company and manage expense reports
• Collect weekly reports from all outside vendors
• Provide assistance with property management of all types of Real Estate assets
• Errands and personal assistance for both principals of the Company
• Demonstrate a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues
• General office administration


Qualifications/Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 7 years of administrative experience including minimum of 3 years supporting a
senior leader
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, and
Social Media web platforms; other tools AppFolio and Quickbooks
