Responsible for processing MCOs on a daily basis: sort daily MCOs, mail MCOs to Dealers weekly, and process all duplicate MCOs in a timely manner. -Responsible for organizing and filing of Distribution Department documents: maintain Dealer and Company Car files -Responsible for processing RDR cancellation requests -Responsible for processing Invoice and Monroney Labels: process and mail Invoice and Monroney requests in a timely manner -Responsible for Company Car Repair Orders: receive and sort Repair Orders on a monthly basis. Assuring that accurate information is received prior to reimbursement occurring -Responsible for Company Car Backup - back up the department with special requests for transportation Admin Temp Qualifications: -Ability to work fast and multi task -detail oriented -willingness to take on task that may not initially be listed on responsibilities -must have clean driving record, person will be moving and touching company cars -able to get along with others in an office environment
Primary responsibility will be to process and maintain Incentive Adjustment Request. Depending on available time, secondary duties would include general reporting and support in other merchandising related areas. Merchandising Analyst: The position will be responsible for processing Incentive Adjustment Request. This includes monitoring the email box; logging all IAR request; investigating each request to determine if it qualifies; submitting qualified IARs to National for final consideration; communicating outcome of each IAR with respective DSM. Additionally the candidate would have strengths in report generation and data analysis, with expertise in Microsoft Excel and querying databases such as QMF. Auditing of sales incentive programs to ensure proper payment to sales personnel and dealers. Compilation of month end reporting to region management and Dealer Advertising Association Agencies for wholesale results Perform all other tasks as required including back-up support to other merchandising specialist, maintenance of files and other special project as requested by region management.
Responsibilities: • Support CRM Marketing campaigns and projects, including both Hyundai and Genesis brand; assist CRM team to meet business goals • Support CRM campaign email testing and provide proper feedback on a timely manner • Support CRM project cost estimate, budget tracking, and purchase requests • Support CRM projects to meet HMA customer data handle requests, consumer privacy compliance and data security process requirements • Support CRM Marketing on adhoc business reports and campaign performance tracking Basic Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, marketing or related equivalent experience • 2+ years of working in marketing related field, CRM marketing or agency experience preferred • 2+ years relevant project management experience in business or marketing • Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills • Ability to work and track multiple projects simultaneously
