Works with unit Human Resources (HR) and business leaders to understand the workforce plan and develop strategies to recruit for professional, administrative and college positions for all functions at assigned unit. Builds partnerships with unit HR and operational leaders in support of talent management initiatives.
Evaluates and recruits highly-qualified and diverse external candidates for all functions, including highly technical positions, at a specific unit. Develops and communicates an integrated recruitment strategy for the unit and leads staffing discussions with business leaders and Human Resource partners at the unit to align with the business needs. Understands the labor market and communicates this to the business. Leads and participates on Staffing project teams for the purpose of improving operational effectiveness and adding value for our customers. Forms and leads project teams at the units to implement best practices at the division/enterprise level. Supports unit Human Resources on the workforce planning process.
Experience in a Recruiter role or on a recruiting team (preferably full-cycle Recruiting) Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Experience working directly with hiring managers, HR and candidates Experience managing multiple projects or processes at a time Experience with managing confidential information and working in compliance related to OFCCP Solid written communication, including experience with job posting verbiage Experience in requirements gathering or needs definition and can demonstrate an ability to influence (without authority) and motivate others to produce results
Experience doing recruitment marketing, specific to social media The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline or equivalent work experience in Human Resources, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or other related area of business.
