Seeking a fulltime Accountant/Bookkeeper in Paso Robles, CA
Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts and documenting business transactions.
Analyzes financial information detailing assets, liabilities, and capital, and prepares balance sheet, profit and loss statement, as well as other reports to summarize current and projected company financial position.
Audits invoices, purchase orders, vouchers, and prepares reports to substantiate individual transactions prior to settlement.
Prepares account reconciliations to support entries in the financial records.
Must be literate in Quick-books and Microsoft Suite
Knowledge of Arizona and California Tax laws is a plus.
Excellent customer service, communication and verbal skills.
Attention to detail, and able to work in a fast pace environment.
Knowledgeable in 3 EIN's, LLC interest, ledger entries experience is required.
