Our Volt Irvine Branch is hiring over 30+ Bilingual English Spanish Customer Service Reps to start ASAP. We will be starting people as soon as this week.
Duties: Inbound Call Center Environment; assisting customers with claims for federal funding due to the recent natural disasters. You may be talking to FEMA and/or residents who were affected by the hurricanes who need to file a claim. NO sales calls involved.
Length: Long Term Temp
Pay rate: $14.63
Location of job: Santa Ana, CA
Shifts: 4am - 12:30pm or 11:30am - 7pm, open 7 days a week. You will have 1 day off during week and will be required to work a Saturday or Sunday
Requirements: Must have fluent English and Spanish skills. Must have excellent customer service skills and a great phone voice. 6 months or more recent phones, clerical or office experience required. Call Center experience a huge plus. Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
