Volt Workforce Solutions is hiring 2nd Shift Packers!

Hours are 3:00 pm-11:00 pm. This is a temp to hire position. Pay rate: $10.75/hour.

No experience required!  We offer a temp to hire job opportunity based on attendance and performance.

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

• Have manual dexterity to manipulate and count boxes, bags and cases. 
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds to shoulder height on an intermittent basis.
• Be flexible as job requires frequent re-assignment, working in different departments and/or cleaning.
• Ability to understand and follow GMPs as these pertain to safety, quality and food safety. 
• Ability to stay on feet for long periods of time.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production quota.
• Ability to work as part of a team, independently and with keen attention to detail.
• Work in a safe and sanitary manner.
• Reliable transportation and good attendance is a must.
• Job offer is contingent on the ability to comply with                                          pre -employment requirements
