We are currently looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk for a premier medical facility. This is a GREAT opportunity to get your foot in the door for an Outstanding Career Opportunity!

Responsibilities:

Copying, Filing, scanning payment information, process and mail provider payments, process checks received, Data Entry.

Key Responsibilities:

-Process Incoming Checks.

-Copy and File Carrier payments, prepare for deposits.

-Process stop payments.

-Data entry into excel spreadsheets.

-Meet Standards for workflow processes and productivity.

-Assist with any Finance Special Projects.

Qualifications:

-High School Diploma

-0-1 year experience.

-Detail oriented

-Data Entry Skills

-10 key (10,000 kph)

-Word, Excel and Outlook Skills
