Job Description

Volt Workforce Solution has partnered with a leading automotive manufacturer in Fountain Valley to help identify an Administrative Assistant to support their After Sales department.

In this role you will assist with:

  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings with staff
  • Processing department invoices and expenses
  • Creating and maintaining reports
  • Tracking and entering documents
  • Other duties as assigned

We are looking for someone with:

  • 1 – 2 years of admin related experience
  • Must have experience supporting teams of people or a department of people, not just 1 or 2 individuals
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Must be proficient in MS Office
  • Bachelors degree highly preferred

Hours are full time, M-F from 8am – 5pm. Position is temp estimated to last 1 year, possibly longer and offers a foot in the door of a company that has a history of hiring on our top talent. Pay is between $20-27/hr. Position is remote until the company returns back to work.
