Trick Or treat!? ???? We are in search for reliable, dependable candidates for  Administrative Position, Data entry Positions, Customer Service Positions Goleta and Santa Barbara area!

Monday to Friday 

Full Time & Part Time available 

Pay Rate: $15 and DOE

  • Answer phones and greet visitors 
  • Maintains database by entering new and updated customer and account information.
  • Establishes entry priorities.
  • Process customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies.
  • Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
  • Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information
  • Assist walk-ins with applications 
  • Maintain vendor files
  • Assist with permanent file maintenance and storage of accounting records


  • 1-2 years prior Admin experience
  • MUST be Bilingual in Spanish  
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Quick Books
  • Self-motivated and self-directed; ability to prioritize
  • Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping
  • Communication skills - written and verbal
