Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the Director of Finance
- Organizing and maintaining financial spreadsheets as needed throughout the finance office.
- Provide clerical support to the finance department such as filing, scanning, making copies, preparing invoices and distributing mail
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-3 years relevant work experience.
- Bi-Lingual Hebrew Preferred.
- Self-starter and ability to work independently.
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet multiple simultaneous deadlines
- Computer literacy, including word processing and excel, as well as ability to learn and use other applications as required.
