Our client in Cupertino CA, is seeking to fill this position Admin/Clerical day shift This would be a 5 month contract Part Time:Schedule is flexible, but a 9:00am-1:00pm shift is ideal.  

Skills and Experience

  • Organizing travel end to end for Directors and Sr. Real Estate Managers, scheduling/calendar management, meeting preparation/support
  •  Administration of expense reports and tracking payments to vendors in accordance with approved budgets.
  • Assist in the administrative tasks such as calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reports, document control.
