Job Description

Volt has an opening for an Administrative Assistant to assist in the administrative tasks such as calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reports and document control for our client in Santa Clara, CA. Volt's Client is an American multinational technology company that designs, develops, and sells consumer electronics, computer software, and online services.

Duties:

  • Service responsibilities will include organizing travel end to end for Directors and Sr. Real Estate Managers
  • Scheduling/calendar management, meeting preparation/support and administration of expense reports
  • Tracking payments to vendors in accordance with approved budgets

Skills:

  • 2 - 5 years of experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
