Administrative Specialist

Full Time (4 Month Contract)

North Portland, OR

Pay: $21/hr

Job Duties:

  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
  • Implement clerical duties and administrative processes
  • Conduct data entry and clerical duties  
  • Facilitate ordering of department office supplies, maintaining proper inventory levels for designated areas

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of administrative support, customer service, sales support, HR and/or payroll experience, preferably in manufacturing environment
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Demonstrates strong organizational and time management skills
  • Must possess excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Ability to set priorities, achieve deadlines, and manage multiple tasks at the same time
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Pre-employment screenings required
