The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative and clerical support to department managers, Office Manager, and staff.  This includes tasks such as filing/electronic archiving of documents, maintaining department office, monitoring PPE and other general supplies. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. A positive attitude and attention to detail are a must.

Duties and responsibilities: 

  • Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
  • Perform clerical work such as operate office equipment, use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, data entry, and other applications
  • Filing/electronic archiving of documents, maintaining department office, cleaning, PPE and other general supplies
  • Effectively communicate in writing.
  • Effectively communicate verbally and by telephone.
  • Effectively communicate in-person with internal staff, external customers and field employees.
  • Critical thinking and ability to take initiative.
  • This position will be working entirely in office, not remote.
