Volt has an Immediate Opening for an Administrative Assistant in Hollister, CA

The Administrative Assistant will facilitate the operations in the day to day of the construction businesses by handling daily administrative functions as outlined below:

Job Duties:

*Maintaining complete records and Document Control including filing

*Assist the Project Manager with Purchase Orders and Project Details
*Meeting strict Construction deadlines for both tasks and projects
*Implement and monitor programs as directed by management, and see the programs through to completion
*Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
*All additional responsibilities as assigned by Management


*Two years of Administrative experience preferred
*Superior communication and strong customer service skills
*Highly Organized and Accurate
*Results oriented, strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize and complete tasks with given deadlines.
*Must be enthusiastic, creative and able to think tactically in a fast paced environment
*Highest level of personal and professional integrity and ethics; able to work independently
*Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Internet applications and related software
