Job Description

We are currently looking for Administrative Assistant to work with our client located in Bolingbrook, IL. 

Our client is a warehouse facility that provide an excellent Midwest solution for fulfillment of eCommerce/B2C orders, as well as creation and fulfillment of marketing materials.  Services include:

  • Pick-and-pack 
  • Parcel freight management
  • Online ordering and inventory management
  • Print on demand
  • Variable data printing
  • Lead fulfillment
  • Custom kit assembly

As an admin assistant you would be responsible for:

  • Administrative work such as badge check in & out, guest accommodations as needed, order supplies, and bulletin board updates.
  • Accounts Payable: process freight invoices, bill client orders, work with UPS and FedEx and other duties as necessary
  • Custom Assembly: create PO and quotes for custom projects
  • Client Invoicing 

Requirements:

  • Must have a high school diploma or GED
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Must be organized
  • Must be a self-starter

This is a temp to hire position. Starting pay is $16/hr but once converted it will increase to $18/hr. It is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with an hour lunch.
