Job Description

Are you an experienced Administrative Assistant? Do you enjoy organizing and having different tasks throughout a work day? Volt Workforce Solutions has partnered with a company headquartered in Seattle looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their team.

Job Duties:

  • General Administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and budget tracking
  • Assist the HR and Recruiting Departments with social events
  • Order new parking passes for new hires, and maintain a tracker of all parking permits and employees
  • Fill out spending reports
  • Order, stock, and organize the snacks and beverages in multiple office kitchens
  • Order lunch for executive meetings

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous experience as an Office Coordinator or Administrative Assistant required
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft office Suite
  • Organized and strong time management abilities
