Volt Workforce Solution has partnered with a leading automotive manufacturer in Fountain Valley to help identify an Admin Assistant to support their After Sales department.

In this role you will assist with:

  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings with staff
  • Processing department invoices and expenses
  • Creating and maintaining reports
  • Tracking and entering documents
  • Other duties as assigned

We are looking for someone with 1 – 2 years of admin related experience. Must have excellent communication skills and advance proficieny using MS Office.

Hours are full time, M-F from 8am – 5pm. Position is temp estimated to last 1 year, possibly longer. Pay is between $20-25/hr. Position is remote until the company returns back to work.
