***Full Time Administrative Assistant***


As a Administrative Coordinator you will:

  • Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports.
  • Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material.
  • Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
  • Perform clerical work such as operate office equipment, use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, data entry, and other applications

Admin Assistant candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Recent Graduate or min of 2 years experience  
  • Candidates selected must meet all pre-screening eligibility requirements

Experience with the following is a plus:

  • Data Entry
  • Office Assistant
  • Secretary
