Job Description

Volt is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant in the Burbank/ Los Angeles area. The Assistant’s role will be primarily supporting with scheduling and expenses. The right candidate needs to be willing to engage, have clear communication and a friendly disposition. This is a remote temporary contract for the next 3 months.

Duties may include:

  • some light project support work by way of drafting, proofreading, and data-management
  • Administrative projects as assigned, including organizing shared documents, calendars and content
  • Taking direction from multiple attorneys in the group
  • Interacting with senior executives
  • Manage and prepare documents including meeting agendas and presentation materials

Basic Qualifications:

  • Processing expense reports in Concur, Redlining, Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Proven proficiency in MS Windows and MS Office, including Word, solid redlining skills, documents, advanced Outlook scheduling, Excel, SAP, Concur and PowerPoint
  • Ability to anticipate needs, be proactive, resourceful and flexible
  • Maintain standards of strict confidentiality with respect to all matters and documents
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced environment; Detail oriented with the ability to maintain professionalism

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of significant executive support experience in a legal environment

Must Haves:

Work with/support multiple team members, excellent time management skills, responsive, great written & verbal communication skills, previous experience managing travel set up for executives and able to work on multiple tasks at one.

Hours:

9:00am to 6:00pm
