Job Description

Growing and Successful HVAC Family Owned Business is seeking to hire an Administrative Assistant to join their dynamic team.

Located in Sun Valley, Fulltime, Monday - Friday 8am-5pm, potential Saturday 8am-12pm. 


  • Answering service inbound calls and conducting outbound calls, internal and external
  • Assist with dispatching technicians for installation and service/repairs
  • Directing calls and messages
  • Scheduling techs for work orders
  • Send out invoices and account receivable
  • Assist with overdue invoices and collections
  • Assisting with HR related documents
  • Maintaining files
  • Managing executive calendars and set up meetings
  • Work with our field management software, creating work orders


  • Work experience as an Administrative Assistant or Customer Service in Service Support Sector 
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Basic QuickBooks preferred  
  • Accounting certificate or basic Receivables is a plus
