Job Description

DHL is seeking to bring on a new Receptionist/Administrative Assistant! This person will sit on site at a distribution location assisting with general office type work in more of a logistics setting. 

1st Shift:

Saturday- Tuesday 10:00am- 6:00pm (32 hours/week)

Position must haves:

• Administrative assistant experience.

• Excellent communication

• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook Word).

• Clerical skills and attention to detail.

• Professional and mature attitude.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Minimal answering of phone calls.

• Assist clients/customers with their scheduled deliveries 

• Provide support internal employees.

• Logging information in system/data entry.

• Put together binders and folders for project managers. 

• Self-manage when there is down time in the role and ask for other tasks to complete.

• Excel skills are important for data entry and helping to set up spreadsheets.
