• Manage busy calendar and heavy phones, keep call sheet, schedule meetings, make travel arrangements, and prepare itineraries
• Prepare and track expense reports
• Aid in preparing presentations and proofreading documents
• Serve as a liaison by managing, sorting, and forwarding internal and external inquiries to the appropriate individuals
• Handle internal and external communications with high degree of diplomacy
• Track and organize all materials on current projects and incoming submissions • Track and share competitive information
• Review material and provide brand focused feedback
• Handle any personal requests promptly and comprehensively
• Handle confidential and other sensitive information

Basic Qualifications:

• 1-3 years' administrative assistance experience, experience supporting a senior level Executive encouraged
• Entertainment experience required (agency, production, studio or network); TV or film experience preferred
• Interest in documentary and unscripted programming.
• Interest in learning about data driven decision making and basics of several internal data tools
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to pay close attention to detail while handling multiple, simultaneous projects under deadline pressure
• A confident and positive attitude and the ability to work effectively under pressure is required!

Required Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Additional Information

This role is remote until further notice, in the LA area. There are approx 2 hours of overtime needed at least 3 days a week.
Must Haves: Extremely Organized, managing calendars for 2 execs, Able to work in a very Fast pace environment and can pick up quick and thrives on being busy, works well in a team environment - able manage meetings in the absence of execs - very personable, Excellent communicator, ensure Materials are prepared for all meeting, prepare in advance for next days calendar - alert team of changes. Prefer candidates that like TV Documentaries. Industry and/or Agency experience is extremely helpful.
