Volt Workforce Solutions is currently hiring an Administrative Assistant in San Diego!

Summary: This position is accountable for a wide range of general and sometimes complex administrative tasks, in support of Customer Services Directorship, their Managers and Departments. 


  • Perform special assignments that may include, but are not limited to, special event or conference coordination and critical support to the event planner.
  • Determine work methods to achieve the goals set by internal customers.
  • Perform with little direction, but in accordance with departmental policies and Solar's values.  
  • Contact internal and external Customers and various company personnel.  
  • A ready-to-assist attitude is essential for success in this role.
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • GED or equivalent education
  • 3 to 5 years working in a professional environment
  • Excellent computer skills (Preferred: MS Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes)
  • Technical or related Technical / Trade School diploma is a plus
