Job Description

Volt Workforce Solutions is hiring for a part-time administrative assistant for a large manufacturing company in Fargo, ND. We are looking for an upbeat and highly organized individual to assist in purchasing, order processing, project management and accounting. This position includes customer service, data management, payroll, and invoicing duties. 

This is a temp-to-hire position

Pay: $18/hr

Hours: 20 to 25 hours per week - flexible hours M-F

Other duties:

  • Answer incoming calls and direct to the appropriate person
  • Greets and prepares guests and contractors for visits
  • Accounts Payable: ensure accuracy and timely payment of invoices

Qualifications:

  • Proficient with MS Office.
  • Payroll experience 
  • 2 year business degree preferred
  • 2 year's experience with office administration 
  • Some QuickBooks experience preferred 
  • Construction or manufacturing experience preferred
