Job Description

Volt is currently looking to hire an Administrative Assistant for an international semiconductor company with offices in Austin TX.  The person hired in this role will work 40 hours per week on a standard Mon-Fri work schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides support to departmental teams
  • Assist with overflow from other admin team members
  • Perform general admin tasks including ordering of supplies, new hire set-ups
  • Including transporting and setting up PCs, fielding calls and email requests
  • Submitting and following up on IT/Facilities WR, and assistance with admin group projects as needed.

 EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

  • Minimum of 2 years of related work experience;
  • MS office skills, required; Intermediate knowledge of MS Windows and Office applications (PowerPoint and Excel);
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Customer service focus;
  • High level of initiative;
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks in a busy environment;
  • Strong communication skills.
