Hiring, Administrative Assistant $17.00 per hr!!!

Volt Workforce Solutions has partnered with a popular Automotive distribution company in Rancho Cucamonga to hire experienced Distribution Assistant.

Job Duties:

• Should be highly organized and have inventory management background/ knowledge. Computer skills such as word processing and excel spreadsheet knowledge is necessary. Problem solver and good communication skills.
• Cycle count maintain documentation and inventory records.
•  Process invoices and purchase supplies for the warehouse.
• Create bill of lading, process through AS400 and schedule carriers for pickups.
• Communicate to customers, vendors and emails.
• Experience on Logistics.

Pay Rate: $17.00

Schedule:

Monday to Friday 6:00am – 2:30pm with possible OT

Minimum Requirements:

• Must Pass Pre-employment Drug Test and Background Check.
• Must have at least 6 + Months experience working as a distribution assistant
• Must have copy of high school diploma
