Job Description

Looking for Administrative Assistant for a company on North Side of Indianapolis. 

This is a direct hire opportunity.

Essential Job Functions:


•         Ability to be a multi-task with accuracy

•         Excellent Customer service skills (phone, email and in person)

•         Strong logic to identify urgency and subsequent problem-solving skills

•         Track inbound shipments to ensure on time arrival

•         Track outbound shipments to ensure on time delivery

•         Use our ERP software to make quotes, invoices and purchase orders

•         Maintain and manage daily reports, designed to provide analytical support for each department within the company

•         Reviewing/answering emails, phone calls and walk-ins

•         Special Projects as assigned.


  • •          proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • •         Proficient in Word and PowerPoint
  • •         Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • •         English speaking required, Japanese speaking a plus
  • •         Detail oriented and able to thoroughly follow work instructions
  • •         Ability to make accurate and timely decisions
  • •         2 years of previous administrative experience of office, administration, and bookkeeping procedures
