Volt has an opportunity for you to become part of a prestigious team of professionals. We are seeking an Administrative/Executive Assistant!  This is a contingent position forecasted for 1 Year with our client in Denver, CO.


The main function of an administrative assistant/executive assistant is to provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, handling information requests and performing clerical functions. A typical administrative assistant acts as information and communication managers for an office. Job Responsibilities: Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work. Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents. File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports. Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution. Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board and other meetings. Skills: Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage one’s time. Ability to keep information organized and confidential. Basic mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback. Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED required. 5-7 years experience required. Experience working with executives highly preferred.


Full time support of District manager and staff of 4 people. Support for other district office personnel. Potentially manage calendar for District Manager – create, cancel, accept and decline meetings. Rationalize meeting conflicts Order office supplies Manage arrangements for personnel entering /exiting the product group (seating, office equipment, supplies, badge access, etc) Manage lease car reservations and services required of Denver and Phoenix cars Book travel – including visas, passports, rental cars and hotels for domestic and international travel Manage bookings for conference rooms Be the “communicator” for the Denver District team Send mass department emails when needed Coordinate the periodic Team Denver meetings, the annual Dealer Profile meetings Order catering for meetings and customer visits when requested Set up service pin celebrations (calendar invite, speaker, cake & refreshments)

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communication or related field or equivalent experience
  • PowerPoint
  • Excel
  • Word
  • Outlook - Preferred
  • Travel booking experience such as Concur – Preferred
  • Experience with Expense books such as My Supply Cabinet - Preferred
  • Project management experience preferred (Moving an office)
