Job Description

Volt has immediate openings for Virtual Customer Success Agents for a dynamic organization.  In this role, you will provide support to sales staff, research specialists and customers.  Will provide support of company’s products, services and policies.  Will be responsible for processing stock, consignment and direct orders. Will maintain customer data, audit inventory, price accuracy and post-order activities such as returns, credits and invoicing.


  • Communication with customers and sales reps via phone or email
  • Correspond with operations team to assure customer orders are available
  • Process sales orders
  • Enter data into Salesforce and ERP Database
  • Manage and audit inventory
  • Work with multiple departments within the company such as finance, sales, and operations
  • Work in a fast-paced, busy environment


  • Bachelor’s Degree highly desired.  Will consider equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience within the healthcare/biotechnology/Medical Device industry
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar database
  • ERP experience such as Oracle, SAP, QAD
  • Good communication skills-written and verbal
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Must be flexible to change priorities as needed
  • Team player
  • Good problem-solving skills as well as professional judgement abilities
  • For immediate consideration, you must reside in SF/Bay Area, CA; Los Angles, CA; Minneapolis, MN; Atlanta, GA; Chicago, IL or St. Louis, MS.

This is a long-term temporary position with an option to go direct with client-Temp to perm.

Pay: $24-$35 per hour

Shift: Days (Mon-Fri)
