Job Description

Customer Support / Data Entry Specialist

Overview:

Growing Biotech company serving a wide variety of clients is looking to add to add 5-10 Customer Support Specialists. Must be able to multi-task and have excellent communication skills. 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service via email and phone support
  • Develop and maintain relationships with both clients and vendors through effective and timely communication
  • Responsible for receipt, invoice and voucher processing, accurate data entry and 3-way match
  • Establish effective working relationships with customers through continuous communications on missing packing slips, purchase orders, credits, etc.
  • Establish effective working relationships with suppliers through communications on missing invoices, credits/rebills, incorrect invoices etc.
  • Respond as quickly as possible to any customer requests via ticket system; if not able to answer question immediately, work with suppliers or team to seek information for solutions
  • Follow department SOPs for processes and escalations
  • Onboard new clients (when needed)
  • Prendio knowledge, troubleshooting and problem solving
  • Exhibit a consistent high level of accuracy
  • Perform other job-related duties as needed

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years customer service experience
  • Accounting experience a plus but not required
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
  • Highly proficient with MS Office
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced/changing environment
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Decisive, detail oriented, and highly accurate
  • Dependable, flexible and consistent team player with a positive attitude
  • Ability to independently identify, research and resolve issues
  • Capable of learning new programs and software applications
