Volt Workforce Solutions is now hiring Assemblers for our client, Schneider Electric, in Oxford, OH.

What do you get to do in this position?

• Sets-up and operates equipment, including tooling and controls.
• Makes necessary gauge adjustments and settings
• Maintains quality and productivity standards
• Maintains equipment, including daily cleaning, dusting, tightening bolts, detection of and reporting of abnormal conditions
• Maintains good housekeeping and adheres to plant regulations and safety rules.

Successful candidates:

• Safety minded and team oriented
• 1-2 years previous warehousing experience preferred
• Read, understand, and follow directions/instructions.
• Identify, locate and move product which requires the ability to read, count and perform basic math functions
• 18 years of age or older
• High School Graduate/GED
• Handle moderate physical activity
• Able to lift, lower, push, pull and carry 40 pounds
• Able to stand/sit/walk for 8 hours
• Able to tolerate moderate heat/cold environments
• Operate power equipment

Available Shifts and Pay Rate:

• 1st Shift – Monday through Thursday,  6:00 am – 4:30 pm - $12.00/Hr
• 2nd Shift - Monday through Thursday,  4:30 pm - 3:00 am - $12.00/Hr
