This is a second shift position and pay starts at $18/hr.

Complete all phases of semiconductor equipment assembly following standard operating procedures.

Recommend improvements to new and existing programs, documentation, fixturing and processes.

Maintain a safe, organized and clean work environment. Communicate effectively to optimize Quality, Safety and Efficiency.


  • Must be skilled in the use of hand and electronic gauging (inspection less than .0001 inches) and other electronic equipment
  • Experience with manufacturing process improvement initiatives
  • Related experience in precision assembly environment
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a technical assembly role
  • Experience with precision measurement methods and systems
  • Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and process procedures
  • Experience with networked PC based computer system (spreadsheets, Email, MRP systems)


  • Good manual dexterity
  • Math skills: Shop Math, Trigonometry, Geometry
  • Must be able to read and interpret complex drawings, follow routers, and use basic hand held measuring tools
  • Able to get along well with others and work in a cross-cultural, team based environment
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to frequently lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs
  • Able to sit, stand, bend, squat and walk about the facility
  • Walking/standing a minimum of 8 hours per day
