Volt has partnered with a leading automotive manufacturer in Fountain Valley to help identify an Assistant Manager of Lead Management to support their Compant Enterprise Sales Lead Management System. 

In this role you will administer the Company Enterprise Lead Management system, functioning as the main contact and primary source of information and administration for dealerships and field personnel.

Job duties will entail:

  • Review lead data and analytics in the Lead Reporting Portal and BI (Business Intelligence) tool on a daily basis
  • Recommend, review, and approve portal enhancements to assist the field team
  • Implement strategic development of lead management system, guidelines and processes
  • Serve as point of contact for Region and  retailer personnel inquiries regarding lead tracking, status, and reporting
  • Manage third-party LMS vendor relationships including contract issues, certification and development processes
  • Manage all lead management activities, including acquisition, scoring, distribution, and disposition
  • Participate in training and educating  Region and retailer staff on process and functionality issues
  • Development and on-going management of the retailer communications strategy to ensure consistency with the Brand voice
  • Propose, develop, and implement programs/initiatives to increase lead conversion rates
  • Analyze performance of lead data sources/vendors and provide recommendations for improved results
  • Create and present report data and make recommendations on retailer lead utilization including improving dealer participation and system improvements
  • Update, improve, and standardize existing reports and develop new reports to monitor dealer participation, follow-up, and utilization of leads in their daily retail sales operations.
  • Coordinate with DBP, HAEA, Marketing, and other internal departments, as well as with external partners such as advertising agencies, lead distribution partners and outside vendors as it relates to lead data
  • Contribute to and prepare lead metric analysis on monthly reports such as OCM, PRM, etc.
  • Assist in management of contracts, invoicing and tracking billing cycles
  • Assist in on-going vendor management
  • Oversee estimates and overall budget
  • Collaborate and effectively communicate all activities across all internal departments, regions, field staff and vendors.
  • Maintain awareness of current and changing market trends, consumer attitudes and opinions.

Position is long term temp, minimum of 6 months with very strong potential to go longer.  It offers a foot in the door of a global automotive manufacturer. Pay is based on experience but will most likely fall between $40-45/hr. Position will start remote but will eventually require you work onsite in Fountain Valley so local candidates only.
We are looking for 3 – 5 years of related marketing project management experience preferably working with a sales lead software system. Must have superior communication skills and strong systems skills.
