Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES include the following but are not limited to:

  • Provide professional customer service by responding and following up with tenants and vendors regarding property and maintenance repairs in a professional and timely manner
  • Answers all incoming service request calls from tenants, property managers, vendors, superintendents, city and state representatives in a timely fashion
  • Handle work order request for units that require repairs to ensure units are maintained according to state, federal and NYC building codes
  • Work closely with Facilities Manager, Property Managers, Superintendents, and Vendors to order supplies needed for repairs in properties and units.
  • Maintains updated and accurate tenant, vendor, and property files lists and files
  • Prepare correspondence and perform general administrative functions as needed
  • Tracks certificates of insurance for tenants and vendors

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bilingual Spanish Required.
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Minimum of 1 years as a Service Maintenance Administrator for Property Management
  • Strong Microsoft Office, Windows Explorer, Outlook and Yardi database skills preferred
