If so, Volt has a GREAT OPPORTUNITY just for you!  We are currently looking for Live Chat Representatives to assist customers via email, Social Media and Live Chat. 

MISSION

  • Engage customers on Live Chat.
  • Be the eyes and ears of our brand as if your own reputation depended on it
  • Demonstrate a passion for customer service with a sincere desire to take care of the customer

WORK SCHEDULES

There will be 3-4 regular shifts, must be available to work nights and weekends.  Must be available to train for 3 weeks, M -F on either  6AM-3PM or 10AM to 7PM or 2PM to 11PM.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong written communication skills
  • Detailed-oriented and great at multi-tasking
  • Have computer experience with minimum of typing 30 wpm
  • Minimum of 1-3 years providing customer service support
  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED
  • Must have flexible schedule to work nights and weekends
