Job Description

VOLT is seeking candidates for Business Analyst (BA) Marketing Program Management role for a 100% Remote contingent role. 

This person is going to be working as a part of Scrum team with Corporate IT. 2 Devs and a QA, they will be the BA that is helping taking designs for the salesforce community and documenting the more technical side on how they will develop this

Must Haves

5+ years in a technical project/program management or business analysis role

Demonstrated ability to define and manage complex program structures in matrixed org

Well-versed with Salesforce.com community cloud preferably with communities set up

Knowledge of SFDC(salesforce.com) components.

May be required to help configure and test Salesforce Experience / components.

May be required to demo Salesforce Community functionalities to business users and integrations

Description


The Business Analyst is responsible for translating business requirements from stakeholders into technical requirements for the engineering team liaising between strategy and delivery teams to.

Responsibilities:

  • This role will provide support to the Communities program team for the implementation and on-going optimization of our SFDC Community experience for prospect audiences.
  • Your day to day work will largely consist of writing Jira Stories with descriptive User Stories, technical notations and clear Acceptance Criteria with positive and negative testing scenarios.
  • You will partner with business stakeholders across Digital Experience, Marketing Technology and Corporate Technology to set, manage and execute on the annual & quarterly objectives for Communities initiatives as a part of our quarterly planning cadences.
  • You will yield complete project implementation plans and guide the project through all project phases, including facilitating any gap or impact analysis of change requests and accounting for how our teams operationalize new business functionality (i.e. training, governance, intake, etc).
  • You will create and maintain product backlog, sprint backlog, bug tracking, key metrics and estimations of work.
  • You have strong critical-thinking skills paired with the ability to ask questions that clarify priorities and encourage project team members to be highly effective.
  • This role aims to maximize the value delivered from the program by prioritizing and balancing trade-offs to maintain balance of near-term wins, long-term strategy & continuous optimizations, ensuring strategic alignment.
  • Defines technical, “behind the scenes” requirements taking into account existing or new business processes in order to bring these experiences to market.
  • Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, keep stakeholders and decision-makers informed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science or related field
  • Demonstrated ability to define and manage complex program structures in matrixed org using project management tools to track and report out on progress (JIRA, Workfront experience a plus)
  • Ability to drive projects with many cross-dependencies between independent teams and deliver results that are coherent and broadly supported
  • Technical and business skills to understand, test, and challenge statements and assumptions working with respective technology owners.
