Job Description

Major technology company is seeking a business operations specialist or an employee development specialist with broad experiences managing and supporting an enterprise wide learning program. This position is within the Leadership, Learning, & Organizational Capability (LLOC) that helps support the enterprise learning strategy by executing learning events to enhance knowledge and familiarity with a variety of technical and professional curriculum topics. This is a great opportunity for individuals who like variety, enjoy people, embrace change and have an aptitude for learning quickly and thinking on their feet. *This position is required to be in-person for training and broadcasting, virtual is not an option.

Responsibilities include:

- Oversees overall program strategy for the Education Network (EN), as well as executing day to day program requirements supporting the full life cycle of EN classes from the initial creative concept to final delivery.

- Partners, leads and assigns LLOC work to Creative Services partners and EN facilitation team

- Works with existing and new business partners to develop and/or approve class topics

- Partners with instructors to advise and track progress to the EN production schedule, key milestones and counsel on class materials.

- Manages EN partnership with My Learning (ML) and Metrics That Matter (MTM) to align EN classes with LLOC credit and evaluation strategies.

- Builds and maintains EN website and individual course pages using Dreamweaver.

- Builds marketing materials and advertisements for each class to attract attendance.

- Facilitates EN classes and/or assigns a EN approved facilitator and provides facilitation support/guidance/coaching when necessary

- Closes out each class by pulling metrics, survey report and follow up on any after action reports with instructor/business partner.

- Manages and maintains EN administrative duties such as curriculum management, managing the EN mailbox/responds to all correspondence, updating the EN distribution list and attending weekly and ad hoc meetings with business partners/instructors.

Education / Experience: Bachelor's degree and typically 2 or more years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 1 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
