**STELLAR CALL CENTER SKILLS NEEDED IN AUSTIN!**

Skilled customer service representatives needed for a call center with a great software company in Austin Texas. Looking for people not afraid to manage high volume of calls daily!

**Up to $17/hr** **Direct Hire Position** **Benefits Package**

The Contact Center Representative (CSR) provides superior customer service through the phone and as reps grow with us, we will introduce them into new channels of communication.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service for inbound customer service
  • Helping our customers with their needs and assisting them with features and benefits of our products and services.
  • Utilize current systems to assist customers to achieve their credit goals
  • Adhere to Company attendance, punctuality, and meal and rest break requirements
  • Performs related duties as assigned by supervisor

  • Experience in a call center or financial services related industry

Preferred Knowledge and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of experience as a Customer Service Representative in a call center
  • Demonstrate good problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good understanding of financial products and services
  • Good organizational skills
  • Above average skills and knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, & Outlook
