Call Center Solutions Engineer Direct Hire Opportunity

This global product solutions company is looking for a savvy experienced engineer to work with their clients on enhancements and maintaining the call center telecom solution unique to their environment.

What Experience Do You Need To be Successful?

  • 3 Plus years’ experience supporting a Genesys PureConnect environment!
  • Ability to design and implement custom solutions using Genesys PureConnect Attendant and Designer.
  • Genesys PureConnect Outbound Dialer configuration experience.
  • Experience working in SQL Management Studio and intermediate SQL Query writing.
  • Knowledge of SIP, VoIP, networking (specifically TCP/IP).
  • Knowledge of network design and network troubleshooting tools such as Wireshark.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to hardware, software, VoIP, or network connectivity.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in priorities and direction as business dictates.

Preferred Experience?

  • Genesys PureConnect ICCE or ICCS certification!
  • Experience with Genesys PureConnect web service handler development (SOAP/REST).
  • A technical 2 year or 4-year degree.
