Job Description

We are looking for a Cleanroom Fab Technician – Thinflim/Wet Chemistry . Volt's Client is an American multinational technology company that designs, develops, and sells consumer electronics, computer software, and online services.


  • Technician level experience in pilot production/R&D cleanroom environment preferred or comparable experience in test/assembly lab environment (min 2 years)
  • Experience in Wet Chemistry
  • Extensive experience with a broad range of lab metrology equipment
  • Experience with manufacturing systems via MES including statistical process control (SPC)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Superior attention to detail with experience working within the structures of a Quality Management Systems (QMS)
  • Bachelors (or Associates min) Degree preferred
  • Job Scope:

  • Reporting directly to a Shift Operations Manager, Lab Technicians will be responsible for the following:
  • Execution of standardized work based on documented operating procedures
  • Work closely with module engineering teams, providing continuous improvement feedback to optimize localized processes and procedures
  • Manage work area organization with 5S methods
  • Flag Out of Control/Out of Spec material and execute standardized process out-of-control action plans (OCAP) as directed
  • Customer orientation, with primary focus on delivery commitments by consistently following MES job dispatch priorities
