Job Description

Volt is seeking a PART-TIME Data Entry Clerk for one of the top entertainment companies.

This is a contract role running until 12/2020.

Shift: 10am Start Time (about 30 hours weekly)

Pay: $17.00

Description:

• Excellent data entry skills to enter between 800 - 1,000 invoices per month in SAP accounting system
• Detail Oriented
• Basic ability to create/update spreadsheets
• Experience in Billing environment a plus  

Requirements:

• Skilled with Outlook, Word, SAP, Concur and Excel
• Data Entry experience
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision
• Willingness to be flexible with days
• Must work well under pressure
• Demonstrated organizational skills
• Superior attention to detail
• Comfortable working with numbers and large volumes on invoices
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
