College Grads Wanted - No experience Required!

Volt has partnered with a leading automotive manufacturer in Irvine to help identify multiple Entry Level Consumer Affairs Assistant for an immediate position.

A majority of the duties will entail:

• retrieving documents from dealers
• administration and documentation of all customer cases in a Siebel system  

Additional duties may also entail:

• taking incoming calls that dealers are unable to resolve; analyze, coordinate and respond to all escalated customer cases the department's established guidelines and protocol maintaining a high level of customer service
• provide support and work in conjunction with management towards assisting any customer situations or cases while adhering to company and department policies and objectives. 

Positions are temporary through the end of June with the possibility of being extended. We usually do year round recruiting as employees tend to move into other role within the organization so it offers a foot in the door of a top organization that has a history of hiring on our top talent. Hours are M-F from 8AM - 5PM. Pay is $18/hr.

Job will start out remote and will require you work onsite once the company returns back to work therefore we will only consider local candidates at this time.

No experience required! To qualify you must have a completed Bachelor’s degree and excellent communication skills. We will look at people from all industries - retail, restaurant, office, customer service, administrative, etc.  The ideal candidate would be a recent college graduate we can train from the ground up.
