Company Vehicles Analyst in Irvine, CA at Volt

Volt has partnered with a leading automotive manufacturer in Irvine to help identify a Company Vehicles Analyst for immediate hire.

In this role you will administer the daily operation of specific functions related to company vehicles in the most efficient and cost-effective manner. 

Specific duties may entail:

• support management in planned and ad hoc projects/activities
• administer the 3rd party lease program for the life cycle of the loan from ordering to disposal
• process out of state registrations in a timely manner to align with new vehicle arrival or registration expiration dates for renewals
• coordinate processing of all new CA registrations with department team members as well as renewals
• running motor vehicle reports
• assisting with the parking pass program and rental/pool vehicle program

We are looking for someone with 6 months or more of administrative, reporting or analytical experience. We need someone detail oriented who can meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills are a must as well as advanced proficiency in Excel, using pivot tables and v look-ups. A completed BA/BS degree is highly preferred but not required.

Pay is up to $23/hr.  Hours are full time, M-F from 8am - 5pm. Position is temporary for now, estimated to last 3 months, possibly longer.
