Job Description

Volt has partnered with a leading automotive manufacturer in Fountain Valley to help identify a VIP Concierge to work in their vehicle administration department.

In this role you will:

• welcome VIP customers upon entrance, telephone or by email to assist them with their vehicle arrangements
• act as point of refence for VIP’s who need assistance or information
• understanding customers’ needs and providing them with personalized solutions per department policies
• anticipate VIP needs in order to accommodate them and provide an exceptional guest experience
• coordinate various VIP vehicle requests and make arrangements to transport them to various locations
• answer phones and email inquiries from potential guests
• ensure that VIP assigned parking spaces are cleared of any occupants
• maintain VIP vehicles, including washing, fueling, registration renewal stickers, toll road transponders, insurance cards, assist with luggage
• develop and utilize various ad hoc reports to monitor, control, track, and resolve accuracy/time sensitive issues
• during VIP downtime assist the department as needed
• expedite VIP vehicle orders through Port as needed
• meet confidential/celebrity customers for the VIP

To qualify you must have superior communication and customer service skills, preferably with experience working as a hotel concierge, valet manager, limo / private driver or any hospitality role that required you to work with VIP's. 

Pay is based on experience. Hours are full time, M-F form 8am – 5pm.  Position is temp in nature, expected to last 5 months, possibly longer and also offers a foot in the door of a top organization always hiring on our talent.
