Volt has partnered with a prestigious aerospace company looking to add a Contracts Admin Assistant  onto their team.This is a temp to hire opportunity! 

Accountable and Responsible For:

  • Manages daily interface with  the customer (delivery/ quality)
  • Receives RFQ for new Business after it has been reviewed by Contract manager and Dir. Of Marketing and Development.
  • Receives Forecast from Customer (PDF, EXCEL, PORTAL)
  • Receives Master PO from Customer (PDF, EXCEL, PORTAL)
  • Actively participates in the key planning of program milestones, goals and objectives.
  • Receives Customer Release Request for any addition or changes (PDF, EXCEL, PORTAL)
  • Negotiate changes with Customer (change dates / quantity / terms)
  • Works closely with senior staff members and core team to identify the risks of customer’s line down or shortage
  • Add and Update the ECCN number listed on customer purchase orders into the system and request such number from customer if not available.
  • Updates the ITEM list based on obtained information for:
    • ECCN
    • USML
    • Schedule B
    • HTS Codes

Qualifications / Education:

  • Familiarity with Syteline is a plus.
  • Familiar with ITAR and EAR.
  • Understand the Export and Import Compliance processes and is able to define ECCNs, USML numbers.
