Volt has partnered with our client, a leader in the aerospace industry to help identify a Contracts Coordinator / Sales Order Administrator with government compliance experience!

In this role you will serve as the primary customer contact for assisting with the following duties:

  • Perform contract coordination activities including issuing pricing quotes, serve as the main point of contact for customers on order status, shipping dates, product availability and back orders
  • Review purchase orders and government contracts for sales order info and conduct order entry functions
  • Work with the Export Manager to administer export licensing procedures, ensure export regulations/requirements, create export documentation
  • Maintain customer certifications

We are looking for someone with three years or more related experience in contracts administration and sales order entry.  ITAR and export documentation experience preferred but not required.

Because the role entails working with government contracts, you must be a US Citizen or Perm Resident to work at this secure facility.

Pay rate is up to 55K.  Position is DIRECT HIRE with benefits.
