We are actively seeking a Contracts Specialist for our client in Greensboro, NC. This is a great opportunity to work with a dynamic company in the semiconductor industry.

The duration of the assignment is up to six months.  

The Contracts Specialist is responsible for the review and negotiation of low to moderate risk contracts, analysis of complex contract terms, data entry into multiple systems, and data remediation related to the implementation of analytics/machine learning software.


Contracts Drafting, Evaluation, and Negotiation:  

  • Review and negotiate low to moderate risk contracts within defined risk thresholds;
  • Review and generate amendments and terminations to a variety of contract types;
  • Communicates directly with internal stakeholders and outside parties.

Contract Administration:

  • Identify and extract contract terms from contracts for entry or upload into the contract management system and contract analytics system;
  • Analyze and align extracted data.


  • Two years experience drafting, evaluating and negotiating Non-disclosure Agreements or similar contractual documents.
  • Must have a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to review contract language in legal documents and accurately extract terms for data entry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.  Experience with relational database or contract management system. 
  • Aptitude for learning and using new enterprise software systems is required.
  • The ability to be extremely detailed-oriented when scanning large amounts of text and visual data is required. 
  • Ability to record and report findings in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Strong to excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to handle high volume, fast paced environment.
  • Previous data entry and computer knowledge required.
